EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN HDPE (HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE) SHEET PADA VESSEL DUMPTRUCK DI PT. PUTRA PERKASA ABADI DI KABUPATEN KONAWE UTARA

Abstrak
 
 PT. Putra Perkasa Abadi (PPA) merupakan kontraktor pertambangan dengan spesialisasi alat berat penyedia jasa persewaan peralatan, pemindahan tanah & pertambangan.Terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang sering terjadi dalam penambangan antara lain kerusakan prematur pada vessel, durasi dumping lama, carryback material, dan high risk aktivitas dumping. Melekatnya material di vessel dumptruck walaupun sudah posisi maksimal menyebabkan harus dilakukan trimming untuk membantu proses Trimming terus-menerus akibat terkena goresan oleh kuku bucket. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat efektivitas penggunaan HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) sheet Abadi. Jenis deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai bulan Desember 2021 sampai Mei 2022. Tahapan secara garis besar terdiri dari langkah, yaitu 1) pengumpulan data 2) pemilihan sebagai sampel percobaan, 3) monitoring hasil implementasi HDPE. Variabel diteliti pemasangan dampak dirasakan selama pemakaian Hasil menunjukkan bahwa setelah lapisan diketahui tidak ada lagi trimming, meningkat setiap keuntungan produksi besar. Kesimpulan, diterapkan memberi positif sangat bagi perusahaan, peningkatan efisiensi kerja.
